A release-native executable, fail-closed artifact verification and direct Lean release worker established stronger boundaries for checked work.

Event replay and organism coherence work joined scientific episodes to predictions, experiment representation and a governed action chain.

A bounded autonomous cycle connected committed state, an authorized action, its observed result and planning for the next pulse.
Resources that are checked and reused
The research engine recorded native verification, actual use and delayed reuse of some generated resources, creating pieces of the Level 3 evaluation path.
A local engine repair passes software checks
A research operator repair improved material binding and inspection. Reported checks included formatting, compilation and 121 passing operator tests, with six ignored.
Memory V2 gains a deeper local foundation
Standalone memory work covered source-aware capture, episodes, association, recall, consolidation and autobiographical work history. A bounded synthetic stage passed its acceptance checks.

The next decisive advances are about integration and use across real time.
Memory needs to reach perception, planning, language and the self model. Emotion needs to influence attention and action while preserving the truth boundary. Research resources need protected tests of usefulness and transfer. Conversation needs to become presence grounded in a persistent, lived state.
Each step matters because an ACI cannot be assembled as a collection of isolated demonstrations. ALEPH has to continue as one system.

A dated record, still growing.
These milestones summarize dated source records; this website did not rerun the cited engine or memory checks. The October engine repair passed ordinary software checks while physical qualification remained open. Memory V2 results used synthetic histories and had not been integrated with the live organism. Completed Project Level 3 or 4 discovery, causal emotional life and a continuous whole-system ALEPH have not been demonstrated. The homepage’s ≈25% is an editorial estimate of the full vision.
